Letter from the President
Hello and welcome to the official website for the Epsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, America’s foremost Professional Fraternity! The Epsilon chapter, which operates out of the University of Iowa, is a chapter that will celebrate its 98th active year this spring, the longest active chapter in the nation. We take great pride in our three pillars of service, professionalism and brotherhood. With these principles as our guide, we strive to make better business women and men of us all.
I’m in my last semester at the University of Iowa and looking back, it is extremely clear, joining Delta Sigma Pi was one of the most impactful parts of my college career. It has pushed me out of my comfort zone, helped me grow as a leader, and surrounded me with a group of like-minded people who encourage each other to consistently improve. Delta Sigma Pi is unique and valuable because of the opportunities and people.
The opportunities are limitless. There are plenty of leadership positions to take while in DSP. Additionally, our alumni base is wide-spread and always willing to help out by mentoring and linking us to opportunities at a variety of companies. Every semester we host a private career fair, go on professional trips, have resume workshops, internship panels, and a number of other activities that foster professional growth.
The 95 members in Delta Sigma Pi are driven, smart, and talented. They are high achievers in and out of the classroom and well-rounded individuals. DSP is full of really good people, who enjoy each other’s company, and genuinely care about one and other.
